Blueberry-Banana Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 85g Power Greens (or a combination of any of these: baby spinach, baby chard, and/or baby kale)
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice fresh or bottled
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Drink immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

This smoothie is not intended to taste like a fruit juice however, the recipe may be too tart for those used to all fruit smoothies. Feel free to add a few teaspoons of honey or agave to reduce the tartness.
