Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup apples cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon corse salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Purée the ingredients in a blender or by using an immersion blender.

Notes

If using frozen raspberries thaw them completely before preparing the dressing.
