  • Split the English muffins into four halves then toast to your desired level of crispness (medium is recommended).
  • On each toasted half layer a slice of tomato, 1 tablespoon of Veggie Fusions, and ½ oz of flaked smoked salmon. Squeeze the juice of 1 slice of lemon over the salmon before serving.
